To order an item direct from us at Cartoonz, first email us to ensure that the item is still
available. As most of the goods we stock are limited to one per item, we sell on a first come, first served basis. If the item you require is still available, we will reserve it for up to 7 days. During that time we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the item and its condition. When making an enquiry please indicate which country you would like the item posted to and whether you will require insurance. This will help us to price the postage which we charge to you at cost.
four ways you can pay
We currently accept payment in 4 ways:
1) Option one is to pay us online by debit card. You can do this straightaway via Nochex which accepts Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro cards. You don't need to register with Nochex. Simply follow the instructions by using the link below. When you make your payment using this method, please be sure to use the message box to provide us with all the information we need to process your order. This should consist of your name and delivery address and clearly identify the item or items you are buying.
2) We will accept cash or a cheque drawn on a UK-based bank. Cheques should be made payable to
Cartoonz and should be sent to Cedar Top, 17 The Greenway, West Hendred, Wantage,
Oxon OX12 8RG.
3) We will only accept payment from abroad by PayPal (See Below),
4) We accept payment by PayPal. If you have an account with PayPal simply click on our link to make payment after the sale has been agreed. PayPal allows you to make credit card payments to any PayPal member. For more details click our PayPal link.
AT YOUR REQUEST WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO DESCRIBE ALL ITEMS WE OFFER FOR SALE AS COMPLETELY AS WE CAN. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE IN ANY WAY, YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, WE RECOMMEND YOU USE A RECORDED DELIVERY SERVICE.
